Explanation of Responses:

1. On October 24, 2024, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently omitted securities previously reported as indirectly beneficially owned. This amendment corrects that omission and includes all common stock both directly and indirectly beneficially owned. The original Form 4 also mistakenly marked the reporting person as a director.
