Explanation of Responses:

Remarks:

On 11/15/2023 the reporting person filed an amended Form 5 because the wrong transaction code was used to file the original Form 5 on 01/18/2023. Upon review, there were several other things incorrect. The reporting person filed a Form 5 which inadvertently reported 131.4468 DRIP shares, 132.0171 DRIP shares, 147.044 DRIP shares, 2.33 DRIP shares, 2.4210 DRIP shares, 2.6360 DRIP shares of Common Shares in a private purchase or on the open market. These DRIP shares were acquired under the Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan and should not have been listed on separate line items. The amended Form 4 that will be filed today will show a line item holding of 15,705.5289 which will include 1,733 restricted shares, 13,972.5289 regular shares (includes 410.5079 of DRIP). There will also be a separate line item of 249.5990 indirect IRA (includes 7.3870 DRIP).
