CONTENTS

On September 17, 2025, Mobilicom Limited (the “Company”) filed a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (the “Initial Report”) announcing that it will hold a Special General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on October 9, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. (Melbourne, Australia time).

The Initial Report contained a typographical error with respect to the record date for holders of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”).

Attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein are the proxy materials for the Meeting. For holders of ADS, a record date has been set of September 18, 2025. Accordingly, ADS holders of record who hold ADSs at the close of business on September 18, 2025, will be entitled to vote at the Meeting and any postponements or adjournments thereof.
