(“Oceaneering”) is filing this Amendment on Form 8-K/A to amend its Current Report on Form 8-K, as originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 9, 2025 (the “Original Filing”), solely for the purpose of adding a conformed signature to the signature page, which was inadvertently omitted from the Original Filing.
