    This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) to the Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-286777) of Silo Pharma, Inc. (“Registration Statement”) is being filed solely for the purpose of filing the (i) Engagement Letter dated March 5, 2025 between Silo Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) and H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC (“Wainwright”) as Exhibit 10.44 and (ii) Amendment to Engagement Letter dated April 8, 2025 between the Company and Wainwright as Exhibit 10.45.
