This Amendment No. 1 amends and supplements the statement on Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on 5/17/24; with respect to the common shares of NUVEEN ARIZONA QUALITY MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND. This Amendment No. 1 amends Item 5, as set forth below.
