This Amendment No. 3 amends and supplements the statement on Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on 1/4/24, as amended by Amendment No. 1 filed 1/29/24 and Amendment No. 2 filed 7/25/24; with respect to the common shares of NUVEEN MASSACHUSETTS QUALITY MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND. This Amendment No. 3 amends Item 5 as set forth below. |
