    CommScope (NASDAQ:COMM), a global leader in network connectivity, announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) segment to Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH). CommScope (the "Company") is selling its CCS business to Amphenol for approximately USD $10.5 billion in cash, to be paid by Amphenol upon closing.     CommScope (NASDAQ:COMM), a global leader in network connectivity, announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) segment to Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH).
