The ownership percentages reported are based on 43,348,840 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of March 1, 2025, as reported in the Issuer's Annual Report on Form 10-K/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 28, 2025.
The Master Fund directly holds, and directly held as of March 31, 2025, 1,593,608 shares of Common Stock. Perceptive Advisors serves as the investment manager to the Master Fund and may be deemed to beneficially own such shares. Mr. Edelman is the managing member of Perceptive Advisors and may be deemed to beneficially own such shares. This Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13G restates the holdings of the Master Fund as of the date hereof, and as of the date reported on the Reporting Persons' initial filing on Schedule 13G. | |
