Other Events.

On February 28, 2025, American Financial Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it declared a special, one-time cash dividend
of $2.00 per share of common stock and providing information on its first quarter 2025 common stock repurchases through February 27, 2025. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2025 to holders of record on March 17, 2025. A copy of the press release
is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 8.01.
