Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 31, 2025, American Financial Group, Inc. (“AFG”) issued a press release related to
a wholly-owned subsidiary of AFG reaching agreements to sell the hotel and related assets and the marina comprising Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina in Charleston, South
Carolina. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
