Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers
On December 23, 2024, Anthony Barkett resigned from the Board for personal reasons, effective immediately as of such date. His resignation did not result from any disagreement regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices of the Company. Mr. Barkett served on the Audit Committee, the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, and the Compensation Committee of the Board.
On December 23, 2024, Richard Ogawa resigned from the Board for personal reasons, effective immediately as of such date. His resignation did not result from any disagreement regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices of the Company.
