On May 26, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing it has completed its acquisition of First Aviation Services, a leading provider of highly engineered defense and aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services and a manufacturer of related proprietary components. A copy of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
