Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 9, 2024, Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation issued a press release announcing commercial contract wins and sales order backlog growth through June 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
