Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 5, 2025, Amplify Energy Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting the Company’s financial and operating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On March 5, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other things, the Company’s financial and operating results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2024 and guidance for fiscal year 2025.
