On November 14, 2025, AmpliTech Group, Inc. (the “Company”) released a power point presentation “Third Quarter FY 2025 Earnings Presentation” and also issued a press release announcing, among other things, limited financial and operational information for its third quarter ended September 30, 2025 and provided certain forward-looking performance estimates. The projections constituting the performance estimates included in the power point presentation and press release involve risks and uncertainties, the outcome of which cannot be foreseen at this time and, therefore, actual results may vary materially from these forecasts.
