(NASDAQ:ANAB), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on delivering innovative immunology therapeutics, today announced the execution of an amended agreement with Sagard Healthcare for additional Anaptys Jemperli (dostarlimab) royalties. Anaptys intends to utilize the proceeds of the transaction to continue the broad development of its immune cell modulators (ICMs), including its best-in-class checkpoint agonists, in heterogeneous, systemic autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
