In accordance with the terms of Annaly's 6.50% Series G Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series G Preferred Stock"), the Board has declared a Series G Preferred Stock cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $0.538910 per share of Series G Preferred Stock, which reflects a rate of 8.43511%, equal to three-month CME Term SOFR (plus a spread adjustment of 0.26161%) on the Dividend Determination date plus a spread of 4.172%.

In accordance with the terms of Annaly's 6.75% Series I Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series I Preferred Stock"), the Board has declared a Series I Preferred Stock cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $0.591107 per share of Series I Preferred Stock, which reflects a rate of 9.25211%, equal to three-month CME Term SOFR (plus a spread adjustment of 0.26161%) on the Dividend Determination date plus a spread of 4.989%.

In accordance with the terms of Annaly's 8.875% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series J Preferred Stock"), the Board has declared a Series J Preferred Stock cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $0.88750 per share of Series J Preferred Stock. This is the first declared dividend for the Series J Preferred Stock for the long first dividend period cumulative from, and including, the date of original issuance, of August 7, 2025.

Dividends for the Series F Preferred Stock, Series G Preferred Stock, Series I Preferred Stock, and Series J Preferred Stock are payable on December 31, 2025 to preferred shareholders of record as of December 1, 2025.
