On March 3, 2025, Annexon, Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the Company’s press release, titled “Annexon Reports Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2024 Financial Results, Portfolio Progress and Key Anticipated Milestones” is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
