Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 2, 2022, Richard Mahoney, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Customer Excellence, of ANSYS, Inc. (“Ansys”) provided notice to Ansys of his decision to depart from the company. His employment terminated with Ansys on May 5, 2022.
