Revenue decreased 8% year over year to $486 million in the third quarter. Revenue increased 11% versus the second quarter of 2024. Full year 2024 revenue guidance, at the midpoint, is unchanged compared to prior guidance. Diluted EPS (GAAP) was $(3.35) and Adjusted Diluted EPS (Non-GAAP) was $0.10 in the third quarter of 2024.
