Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 22, 2026, Anteris Technologies Global Corp. (the “Company”) and Medtronic plc (“Medtronic”) issued a
joint press release announcing a strategic investment from Medtronic plc (through a wholly owned subsidiary) in the Company, pursuant to a stock purchase agreement, dated January 20, 2026, by and between the Company and a wholly owned subsidiary
of Medtronic. A copy of the joint press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
