On March 31, 2025, Anteris Technologies Global Corp. (the “Company”) lodged an announcement with the Australian Securities Exchange regarding the
Company reaching a clinical milestone of 100 patients treated with DurAVR® Transcatheter Heart Valve (“THV”). A copy of the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
