On May 22, 2025, Raelyn A. Trende tendered her resignation as Chief Human Resources Officer of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 13, 2025. Meghan Elliott, the Company’s Chief Legal Officer, will serve as interim Chief Human Resources Officer until Ms. Trende’s successor is appointed.
