Closing of the offering is expected to occur on March 7, 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Aptar intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility, and the remainder for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of other near term debt maturities.
