Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 16, 2024, Aptevo Therapeutics Inc. (the "Company") and Alligator Bioscience AB ("Alligator") issued a press release announcing data from the Phase 1 ALG.APV-527 monotherapy trial showing 60% of evaluable patients achieved stable disease in solid tumor study. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
