(b) On July 13, 2021, Calvin Darden notified Aramark (the “Company”) of his decision to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of the same date. Mr. Darden advised the Company that his retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
