Archrock Commences Public Offering Of 11M Shares Of Its Common Stock

Archrock will grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1.65 million shares of common stock from Archrock.

Archrock intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the cash portion of the purchase price for the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Total Operations and Production Services, LLC
