ITEM 8.01 Other Events

As previously disclosed on April 19, 2024, Anshul Sadana resigned as the Chief Operating Officer of Arista Networks, Inc. (the "Company") effective May 21, 2024. Mr. Sadana will remain available to the Company in an advisory capacity to assist with the transition of his responsibilities and other related matters.
