(NASDAQ:ARTL), a clinical‑stage pharmaceutical company focused on modulating lipid‑signaling pathways to develop treatments for people living with cancer, pain, dermatological, or neurological conditions, today announced that it has received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") confirming that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), the "Equity Rule," and Listing Rule 5620(a), the "Annual Shareholders Meeting Rule."

Nasdaq further confirmed that, based on the Company's Form 8-K filed January 30, 2026, the Company held its reconvened annual meeting on that date and, based on the Company's Form 8-K filed March 30, 2026, the Company regained compliance with the Equity Rule. In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(B), the Company will be subject to a mandatory panel monitor for a period of one year from the date of the letter.
