ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On May 7, 2025, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) held an earnings conference call for its first quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the conference call transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On May 6, 2025, the Company filed a Form 8-K that included the actual earnings release text and supplemental tables.
