On July 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share of the Company’s common stock to be paid on or about August 31, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 11, 2021.
