One Lucky Ticket Buyer Will Win a Brand-New Home Built by The Providence Group

Located at 604 Silva Street in The Providence Group's Palisades community in Cumming, the 2026 Dream Home showcases the award-winning builder's commitment to exceptional design, craftsmanship and livable luxury while helping support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®.

The home will be open for tours on Saturdays and Sundays starting June 6 through June 28 from Noon to 5 p.m. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the professionally designed home and learn more about how the Dream Home Giveaway helps ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food, allowing them to focus on their child.

Tickets for the 2026 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway are available for a $100 donation. One lucky ticket holder will win the home, while additional prize drawings throughout the campaign provide opportunities to win other exciting prizes. Every ticket purchased directly supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and its mission of finding cures and saving children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

The 2026 Dream Home is located within Palisades, one of Forsyth County's most sought-after communities.
