Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 3, 2025, Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has placed an order of 240 megawatts of power generation equipment. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
