On February 24, 2025, Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing information regarding earnings for the year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Also on February 24, 2025, the Company posted an updated investor presentation on its website. The presentation, titled “Investor Presentation February 2025,” may be found at http://ir.atlas.energy in the “Presentations” section under the “News & Events” tab on the Company’s Investor Relations webpage.
