On February 5, 2026, Atlassian Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also published a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (the “Shareholder Letter”).
