On April 1, 2025, Avalon GloboCare Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing an update regarding the “BrAce for Impact” affiliate marketing program for the KetoAir™.

The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
