On April 8, 2025, AXIL Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the three months ended February 28, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
