On January 13, 2025, Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Axsome Therapeutics Provides Preliminary Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Net Revenue.”
For purposes of this Item 2.02, the Company is furnishing a copy of the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
