Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 7, 2024, the Company issued a press release regarding its preliminary select financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024, and announcing a conference call to be held at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, November 14, 2024, to discuss these results. The complete financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024, will be included in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q that is to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by November 14, 2024. A copy of the press release is filed hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
