Since then, the Reporting Person's wife has exercised exclusive voting, disposition and other ownership rights over the Account and its securities holdings. Earlier this month, the Reporting Person learned that the Account held 8,744 shares of AUBN common stock, which are reported above. The Reporting Person disclaims any beneficial ownership in these 8,744 shares of AUBN common stock. |
