On May 21, 2025, BayCom Corp (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.20 per share, payable on July 10, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 12, 2025.
