Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 26, 2024, Beam Global (the “Company”) granted Sandra Peterson, the Company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a named executive officer, an option to purchase up to 50,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at an exercise price equal to $6.31 which option shall vest monthly over a four-year period commencing on January 31, 2024.
