Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On March 30, 2022, Beam Global (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
