On December 23, 2024, BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s American Depository Shares (“ADSs”) will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the new ticker symbol “ONC” as of January 2, 2025. Currently, the Company’s ADSs trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “BGNE”.
