(d) Effective March 31, 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors expanded the size of the Board from nine to ten and appointed Vivie “YY” Lee to the Board and to its Audit Committee. The press release announcing Ms. Lee’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
