Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 7, 2024, Berry Global Group, Inc. (“Berry” or the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended December 30, 2023. Berry’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
