Item 8.01 Other Events.
Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plan
On December 22, 2025, Vishal Garg, Chief Executive Officer of Better Home & Finance Holding Company (the “Company”), informed the Company that he will adopt a trading plan intended to comply with Rule 10b5-1(c) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The plan will provide for the systematic purchase of up to an aggregate of $5 million of shares of the Company’s Class A common stock, subject to pre-established price thresholds, timing parameters, and other conditions set forth in the plan.
