ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
As previously disclosed, on February 13, 2025, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had entered into a binding offer to purchase all of the equity interests of Stilla Technologies, a French corporation (“Stilla”).
On June 30, 2025, an affiliate of the Company completed the acquisition of all of the equity interests of Stilla.
