On November 13, 2025, BioAtla, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 and provided an update on its ongoing clinical programs. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
